A leading industrial manufacturer is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Junior Designer to join its Design Department at the C.I & S.G Iron Foundry Division in Bhilai. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with a passion for mechanical design and a background in casting or heavy engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and revise 2D/3D CAD drawings for casting components and layouts
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure design feasibility
• Maintain accurate documentation of design iterations and technical specifications
• Support senior designers in calculations, detailing and project execution
• Ensure compliance with internal design standards and engineering protocols

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design or related field
• 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design (preferably in foundry or heavy industry)
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or equivalent
• Basic understanding of casting and production processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical instructions
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
