Key Responsibilities
⢠Manage, monitor, and optimize AWS infrastructure including EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, IAM, and VPC
⢠Support deployment and scaling of applications across multiple environments
⢠Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation
⢠Ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud systems
⢠Manage and maintain TeamCity pipelines for build and deployment workflows
⢠Automate build, test, and deployment processes across environments
⢠Troubleshoot deployment failures and optimize pipeline performance
⢠Collaborate with development teams to improve release cycles
⢠Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, or similar tools
⢠Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues
⢠Support incident response and root cause analysis
⢠Apply DevSecOps best practices including IAM policies, secrets management, and vulnerability scanning
⢠Ensure systems comply with internal and external security standards
⢠Work closely with development, QA, and product teams
⢠Provide support for customer deployments and production issues
⢠Document infrastructure, processes, and operational runbooks
Key Skills & Qualifications
⢠3â4 years of experience in DevOps or related roles
⢠Strong hands-on experience with AWS services
⢠Experience with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins
⢠Familiarity with Docker and container-based deployments
⢠Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)
⢠Proficiency in scripting using Bash, Python, or similar
⢠Understanding of networking concepts including VPC, subnets, load balancers, and DNS
⢠Experience with monitoring and logging tools
⢠Knowledge of container orchestration (ECS, Kubernetes is a plus)
⢠Experience with Git-based workflows and version control best practices
⢠Experience working in multi-tenant or SaaS environments (preferred)
⢠Exposure to security frameworks such as SOC2 or PCI (preferred)
⢠Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef (preferred)
⢠Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
⢠Good communication and collaboration skills
⢠Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
