Junior DevOps Engineer - GTP - Banglore

Role: Junior DevOps Engineer(AWS) 

Experience Range: 4.6 to 6.5 years

Work Mode: 4 days WFO and 1 day WFH

Location: Bangalore-HSR Layout

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Key Skills

• Automation: Passion for automating tasks, using tools like CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
• CI/CD: Experience with tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
• Monitoring: Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana.
• API & Load Balancing: Understanding of REST, gRPC, Protocol Buffers, API Gateway, Load Balancing.

Additional Skills

• Strong Linux OS concepts.
• Knowledge of security practices (OWASP, static code analysis).
• Familiarity with fintech security standards (PCI-DSS, SOC2) is a plus.
• AWS Cloud Certifications (preferred).

Nice to Have

• AWS data services knowledge (DMS, Glue, Athena, Redshift).
• Start-up experience.
• Experience working with distributed teams.

Experience

• Extensive experience with AWS services.
• Proficiency in one programming language (Python, Go, or shell scripting).
• Proficiency in handling Production Issues 
• Familiarity with RDBMS/NoSQL (e.g., Postgres, MongoDB).
• Experience with Docker, microservices, and cloud-native tools (Kubernetes).
