Job Description - Junior Engineer Civil

We are hiring a Junior Engineer (Civil) to assist in site supervision, quality control, and daily project execution. The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience in civil construction, site measurements, and coordination with contractors.

• Assist the Senior Engineer and Quantity Surveyor in day -to -day site activities.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.

• Supervise contractor work and ensure adherence to drawings/specifications.

• Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and site records.

• Ensure safety practices are followed on site.

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for materials and execution.

• Coordinate with the Quantity Surveyor for material and manpower planning

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of site experience in construction projects.

• Basic understanding of drawings, BOQ, and construction techniques.

• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD.

• Strong team player with attention to detail.

• Willingness to work on -site full -time.
