Job Description - Junior Executive - Finance

Job description: Junior Executive (Finance)

Primary Responsibilities:

â¢ Payment Closure on day to day basis.

â¢ Petty Cash maintenance and vouching Verification.

â¢ Bill Collection, bills booking & categorizing the transactions in Books.

â¢ Customer refunds, Vendor payments.

â¢ Regular recurring payments to be closed on due dates.

â¢ Document submission for Secured and Unsecured Loan

â¢ To provide correct information for Inter Departmental requirements.

â¢ To provide payment confirmations for direct sales and spare sales to the CC

agents & leads.

â¢ Independent and individual problem solving approach.

â¢ Closing Balance updating & Zoho Expenses Closure and Documentation.

Requirements

Skills for Success:

Good at Excel and having knowledge of Zoho books is an added advantage

Qualification:

B.Com/ M.Com / MBA (Finance)
