The Role

You are part of a two-person founding engineering team. Paired with a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you build and ship features end-to-end across the stack; fast, AI-assisted, and owned through to production. You're a generalist who does whatever the product needs that week, and you're hungry to compound your range, working shoulder-to-shoulder with a senior builder.

What You'll Do

• Build across the stack: Own features from spec to production — frontend, backend, and the integrations in between.

• Move fast with AI: Use AI IDEs to ship at speed, and own the quality of what you put your name on.

• Run the day-to-day: Bugs, tests, and deploys — on the golden paths the SRE provides, under the rails your senior partner sets.

• Compound quickly: Absorb architecture and production thinking from your senior partner and take on more ownership every sprint.

What We're Looking For

• The Experience: 4–7 years building real products full-stack.

• AI-Native (or All-In): You already build with AI coding tools, or you're ready to go all-in tomorrow.

• Solid Fundamentals: Dependable across modern frontend and backend; you write code that holds up.

• Generalist Mindset: Low ego, high output, willing to pick up whatever moves the product.

• Coachable: You want a senior partner to learn from, not just a ticket queue.

Technical Keywords We Value

• Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript.

• Backend: Node.js / Python / Java (language-agnostic); REST/GraphQL; PostgreSQL.

• AI-Native Dev: Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot.

• AI App Layer: LLM API integration, basic RAG/vector DB familiarity.

• Cloud: AWS/GCP/Azure basics, Docker.
