Job Description - Junior HR Executive

We are seeking a competent and experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective workforce management and smooth administrative operations.


Human Resources Management:

·       Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.

·       Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.

·       Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.

·       Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and facilitate professional development.

·       Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

·       Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration and compliance with labor laws.

·       Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Administrative Management:

·       Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office maintenance, supplies management, and facility management.

·       Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with regulations.

·       Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services such as maintenance, security, and office supplies.

·       Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistical support for staff and visitors.

·       Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment.

·       Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support as needed.

Strategic Planning and Compliance:

·       Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term HR and administrative strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

·       Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.

·       Analyze HR and administrative data to identify trends, forecast needs, and make recommendations for improvement.

·       Participate in budget planning and cost management initiatives related to HR and administrative functions.



Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

·       Proven experience (1 - 2 years) in HR management and administrative roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.

·       In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

·       Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

·       Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

·       Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software applications.
