Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive – Talent Acquisition with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and joining formalities for technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  
• Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely candidate communication.
  
• Handle offer rollout, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
  
• Maintain recruitment MIS, ATS, and hiring reports.
  
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  

Requirements

• MBA in HR (Mandatory).
  
• 3+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
