Job Overview:

We are looking for a Junior HR – Payroll professional to support payroll processing and HR operations. The role involves handling timesheets, coordinating with clients, and ensuring accurate payroll execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and validate timesheets from client -side employees
  • Coordinate with clients for attendance and work hour submissions
  • Prepare and organize payroll input data
  • Assist in payroll processing using Zoho Books or similar tools
  • Maintain accurate employee work hours and payroll records
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for smooth operations
  • Identify discrepancies and follow up for corrections
  • Ensure confidentiality and data accuracy in payroll processes
  • Support operational HR activities and assist Senior HR Executives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of payroll processing and HR operations
  • Familiarity with Zoho Books or payroll/accounting tools
  • Strong coordination and follow -up skills
  • Good communication skills (client handling)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a team -oriented environment
  • Basic Excel knowledge (data handling, reports)
