Role Overview
As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will support marketing and pre\-sales teams by creating high\-quality presentations and marketing content that clearly communicates product value and business impact. You will work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to translate ideas and technical inputs into compelling, easy\-to\-understand narratives that support customer engagement and go\-to\-market initiatives.

Presentation & Deck Creation â Create and maintain high\-quality pitch decks, solution decks, GTM decks, and leadership presentations.
Pre\-Sales Support â Assist in building customer\-specific solution narratives and tailored presentations for sales pursuits.
Marketing Content Development â Contribute to one\-pagers, brochures, case studies, website content, and other marketing collateral.
Messaging & Storytelling â Translate product, technical, and business inputs into clear, simple, and engaging messaging for internal and external audiences.
Sales Collaboration â Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and reflect them accurately in marketing and pre\-sales materials.
Brand & Consistency â Ensure consistency in tone, storytelling, visual quality, and messaging across all assets.
Campaign & GTM Support â Customize marketing and sales assets for campaigns, customer engagements, partners, and product launches.
Cross\-functional Collaboration â Partner with product teams to stay aligned on product capabilities, roadmap, and differentiation.
Asset Management â Help organize and maintain a central repository of marketing and sales collateral.
Ad\-hoc Support â Support pre\-sales, marketing, and leadership requests as priorities evolve.
The person you are
2â3 years of experience in marketing, pre\-sales, content development, or a similar role.
Strong skills in creating professional presentations and marketing collateral (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar tools).
Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling stories.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Detail\-oriented with a strong sense of design, structure, and quality.
Comfortable working with sales, product, and leadership teams.
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast\-paced environment.
Basic understanding of AI tools and ability to learn quickly
Based in Chennai, with flexibility to collaborate with global stakeholders.
