Position: Junior Partnership Executive – Domestic Recruitment

Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new domestic partners
  

• Coordinate with employers and internal recruitment teams
  

• Manage communication, data, and partner reports
  

• Support outreach campaigns and recruitment drives
  

• Ensure compliance and documentation accuracy
  

Requirements

• Graduate (Business/HR/Commerce preferred)
  

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, client servicing, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
  

• Excellent communication, coordination, and MS Office skills
