Job Description - Junior Performance Analyst


Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Jr. Performance Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the execution strategy for multiple products, ensuring optimal performance across SEM, Social, and Display/Programmatic channels. Your primary focus will be on achieving client KPI targets through continuous optimization and strategic planning. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in client relationship management, business growth and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement end-to-end campaign strategies, incorporating insights from previous campaign performance and market trends.
• Setup and execute performance campaigns across SEM, Social, and Display/Programmatic channels.
 Conduct ongoing optimization to meet client KPI targets, utilizing relevant bidding strategies and budget management techniques.
• Proactively identify market initiatives and opportunities aligned with local market KPIs.
2. Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a consultant to enhance client satisfaction and offering valuable perspectives based on a deep understanding of their business.
3. Innovation and Best Practices:
 Stay informed about emerging opportunities and innovations in the digital marketing landscape

Requirements:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital paid media operations and customer acquisition campaigns.
• Expertise with Google Marketing Platform (e.g., SA360, DV360, Campaign Manager), Facebook Ads Manager, and Programmatic platforms.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Passion for performance marketing and analytics, with a desire to continuously learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Understanding of web analytics metrics and proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing or related roles.
• Proven track record of driving campaign success and achieving KPI targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering high-quality work.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and team members.
• Experience working with various stakeholders and managing high-profile accounts.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as LinkedIn, DCM, DV360, Facebook/Instagram, etc.
• Knowledge of the local media landscape, digital marketing trends, SEM, and social media.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
