Job Description - Junior Project Manager

_{We are looking for a Junior Project Manager with a strong background in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience managing projects across various domains, ensuring the delivery of high -quality outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline.}

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
Track and measure project performance against KPIs and milestones.

Team Leadership, Stakeholder & Risk Management

Lead cross -functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand -ups, and retrospectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensure alignment on project objectives.
Provide regular project status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Ensure timely escalation and resolution of project roadblocks.
Maintain project documentation, including project charters, reports, and lessons learned.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and organizational processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in project management delivering projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban and Waterfall project lifecycles.
Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage cross -functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or equivalent certifications.
Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
Familiarity with hybrid project management approaches.
