Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Retail Planner to support inventory planning, stock replenishment, purchase order management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent Excel proficiency, and experience in retail or apparel planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) for apparel products.


• Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs).


• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.


• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth inventory flow.


• Analyze inventory data and minimize stock-out situations.


• Prepare MIS reports using advanced Excel functions.


• Ensure timely follow-ups with cross-functional teams.


• Maintain accurate inventory and planning records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)


• 2–5 years of experience in Retail Planning, Merchandise Planning, Inventory Planning, or a similar role within the Apparel/Fashion industry.


• Experience with inventory management and retail operations is preferred.
