Job Description – Junior Site Engineer

Location:  Aligarh 

Position Overview-

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our project site in Aligarh. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination with contractors and vendors, quality control, safety compliance, and ensuring work is completed as per drawings and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site execution activities and monitor work progress.
  


• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  


• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  


• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
  


• Monitor material usage and ensure proper inventory management at site.
  


• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
  


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site discipline.
  


• Verify measurements and support billing/certification activities.
  


• Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for site activities.
  


• Maintain coordination with the project manager regarding project status and challenges.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
  


• 1–4 years of experience in construction/site execution.
  


• Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, and site management.
  


• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
  


• Strong communication and coordination skills.
  


• Ability to manage manpower and handle site responsibilities independently.
  


• Familiarity with safety and quality standards.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidate should be proactive, responsible, and capable of handling on-site challenges efficiently.
  


• Experience in industrial/commercial/residential projects will be preferred.
  


• Willingness to work at project site in Aligarh.
