Junior Software Tester

About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling tech services firm operating across BFSI, Healthcare, and E-commerce domains, we build and validate mission-critical software products for global clients. Our QA team ensures zero-defect releases through automation, manual testing, and agile collaboration—working alongside developers, product owners, and DevOps to ship reliable, user-centric software at speed.

Role & Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end manual test cases across web and mobile applications based on functional & regression requirements.


• Log, track, and retest bugs using JIRA or similar tools; ensure clear reproduction steps and prioritization.


• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to align testing with agile delivery cycles.


• Assist in building test data, setting up test environments, and validating API responses via Postman or similar tools.


• Collaborate with developers to understand features and improve test coverage for critical user journeys.


• Document test results, maintain traceability matrices, and contribute to test automation frameworks as per team roadmap.
