Junior System Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and IT equipment.
  

• Provide first-level support to internal teams for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  

• Install and configure operating systems, software, and printers.
  

• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults.
  

• Maintain system performance through routine maintenance, upgrades, and patches.
  

• Assist in maintaining backup systems and disaster recovery plans.
  

• User account management (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).
  

• Maintain documentation of systems and processes.
  

Requirements

Key Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux OS administration
  

• Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS, DHCP)
  

• Understanding of system security and data backup/recovery
  

• Ability to install and configure hardware/software
  

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment
