Junior Technical Content Writer

We are searching for a Junior
Technical Content Writer with 0 to 1+ years’ experience willing create,
optimize high-quality technical documentation that simplifies complex technical
concepts across product development, implementation, and support phases of SDLC.
This role will play a pivotal part in building documentation processes,
collaborating across teams, helping senior writers and aligning content
strategy with organizational and product growth goals.

      Essential Functions / Deliverables

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a
technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology,
or Technical Communication)

Certifications: Not mandatory. Technical writing (Markdown) or
communication certifications are a plus

Required Years and Area of Professional Experience
:  0 to 1+ years of experience
in technical writing, preferably in software development, IT, or engineering
domains

Critical Professional Related Technical/Computer
Skills : 

Documentation Skills:User
manuals, process documentation, technical specifications
Tools & Platforms: Familiarity
with MS Office and content tools like Confluence or Markdown editors
Content Structuring: Information
structuring, centralised content templates, topic-based writing

Professional competencies : 

·    Willingness to learn technical concepts

·    Detail-oriented and organized

·    Able to follow style guides and templates

Good interpersonal and collaboration skills

Experience with:
Creating documentation for software products or enterprise
applications
user-centric content development  
​Working in Agile environments with distributed teams

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : 

·       Ability to translate complex technical concepts into
clear, user-friendly language

·       Strong grasp of technical writing standards,
versioning, and formatting

·       Ability to transform technical input into simple,
readable content

·       Comfortable using versioning tools like SharePoint,
Google Docs, or Git-based systems
