We are looking for a creative and fast-paced Video Editor who can transform raw footage into compelling, high-impact visual content across social media and paid advertising channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital content consumption deeply—someone who knows what grabs attention, keeps viewers engaged, and drives action. You will work across a mix of quick-turnaround social edits and more polished, performance-driven ad creatives, balancing speed with quality. Beyond execution, you will bring your own creative perspective, suggesting editing styles, pacing, and visual approaches that enhance storytelling and performance. This is a high-volume, high-ownership role where efficiency, creativity, and adaptability are key to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging social media videos optimized for platforms like Instagram with strong hooks and fast-paced storytelling
• Create polished ad creatives designed for performance, conversion, and brand consistency
• Work across both high-production and lightweight edits depending on content requirements
• Transform raw footage into compelling narratives with strong pacing, rhythm, and visual appeal
• Add motion graphics, animations, and visual enhancements to elevate content quality
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Proactively suggest creative directions, editing styles, and improvements based on content goals
• Adapt edits based on feedback and deliver quick, high-quality revisions
• Stay updated with trends in social media content, editing styles, and digital advertising formats

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing with a strong and diverse portfolio
• Proficiency in professional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Experience with motion graphics and animation tools like After Effects
• Familiarity with quick-edit tools and mobile-first editing platforms for social content
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition
• Knowledge of social media trends and what drives engagement and conversions
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads with strong organization and prioritization skills
• Openness to feedback with the ability to iterate quickly and efficiently
• Creative thinker who brings ideas and perspectives, not just execution
• Interest in fitness, lifestyle, or consumer-focused content is an added advantage
