Junior Zoho Developer

• Manage and maintain Zoho CRM, including data, modules, fields, pipelines, and user access.
  
• Build and optimize workflows, blueprints, and automation using Deluge.
  
• Develop basic custom functions and scripts to automate CRM processes.
  
• Support API integrations, webhooks, and third-party tool integrations.
  
• Work with Zoho Campaigns / Zoho Marketing Automation for basic campaign execution and customer segmentation.
  
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales, customer, and campaign performance.
  
• Ensure CRM data hygiene, including data validation, deduplication, and regular updates.
  
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide timely solutions to internal teams.
  
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams to understand requirements and improve CRM processes.
  
• Support ongoing CRM customization, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
  

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM / Zoho ecosystem.
  
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Deluge — mandatory.
  
• Basic working knowledge of SQL.
  
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python.
  
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
  
• Exposure to Zoho Flow, Zapier, or similar automation tools is preferred.
  
• Good understanding of CRM workflows and automation.
  
• Comfortable with Excel and basic reporting/analytics.
  
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
