We are looking for a driven and technically inclined Business Development Executive specializing in Pneumatics and Automation to support growth initiatives in Pune. This role is ideal for someone who combines an understanding of industrial systems with a passion for sales and client engagement. You will play a key role in expanding market reach by identifying new business opportunities, promoting automation solutions, and building strong customer relationships.
The position focuses on selling and positioning pneumatic and automation-based solutions to manufacturing and industrial clients. You will work closely with technical and engineering teams to understand product capabilities and align them with customer requirements. A strong emphasis is placed on leveraging emerging technologies such as machine learning and process automation to enhance solution offerings and drive value for clients.
As part of the business development function, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings, delivering presentations, and supporting the complete sales cycle. This role requires a proactive mindset, technical curiosity, and the ability to communicate complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
