Job Overview :

The primary focus of this role is to drive student conversions from the assigned region. The position involves close coordination with partners, assisting them on the CourseFinder.ai platform, and maintaining strong relationships. The role also includes collaboration with Business Units and the Finance Team, ensuring timely onboarding, invoicing, and achieving Student Conversion target from Inactive / New Onboarded Partners of assigned regions.

 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive student conversions from the assigned region.

  • Ensure timely onboarding of leads and ensure they are well-versed with the CourseFinder.ai platform.

  • Close coordination with partners for lead nurturing and issue resolution.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet targets and maintain documentation.

  • Achieving Inactive / New Onboarded student conversion target from the assigned regions.

Job requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in inside sales/Telesales.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across regions.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills for international partner coordination.

  • Strong interpersonal, ownership, and coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and professional email communication.\

  • Ability to make a minimum of 50 connected calls per day and effectively manage follow-ups to achieve business objectives.
