Job Description - Key Account Executive


Key Accounts Executive


Location: Delhi

Role Purpose:



  • Managing Key Domestic Brands – based out of Delhi NCR


 


What you will do (Key Responsibilities):



  • Building Relationship with Brand Merchandiser, Technical Team, Product Development, Quality Team, Designer and Sourcing Team of key brands in Mumbai. 

  • Organizing Technical, product Seminar for all Coats products.

  • Sampling activities through Brand designer Team, help in inclusion of Coats Shade in their Tech Pack.

  • Get projections from brands - for each season/category and get nomination across products, categories, programs, season.

  • Finalize central pricing/costing with brands, get vendor list and provide support.

  • Use information of vendor list and business share to get insights and suggest ways to increase business share. 

  • Weekly/Monthly call with Brand Quality to know Vendor order flow & address concerns if any.

  • Work with brands to get support in case of issues in vendors related to payments, quality issues etc.

  • Generate leads and business for India sales using HubSpot – ensure all relevant leads are captured. 

  • Regular Follow up of progress and performance of key Vendor sales through Sales team. 

  • Work with sales teams to ensure there is seamless information flow between KAE and Sales team and the information is used to take business actions. 

  • Coordination with our QA team and Brand audit team.

  • Ensuring market intelligence from the field force is properly channelled to the management.


Who you are (Requirements):



  • Minimum of Graduate Degree

  • Minimum of 2 -3 years of experience 

  • Key Accounts Experience

  • Sound knowledge of products, applications, and end user industry

  • High quality analytical written and verbal communication, negotiation, decision making, and people development skills

  • Drive and Hunger to Succeed

  • Persuasion / Negotiation

  • Excellent communication skills, proficient in English.

  • Detail and result orientation

  • Ability to work in matrix organization
