Key Account Manager

Mediroof is an upcoming and young digital start-up that aims to digitize medical points of service. These service points can be doctor clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, blood banks etc. Mediroof believes in bringing the information of all these services to one’s digital device to better your life and facilitate an informed decision.

To take this vision forward, we are looking for smart and resourceful people who will take up the role of being our Key Account Manager. What's expected from you

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to client.


• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.


• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis. 


• Develop timely and accurate reports for assigned accounts and revise throughout the year

The ideal candidate

• Proven account management or other relevant experience.


• Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals.


• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.


• Knowledge of how to operate a laptop / PC, good typing speed and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.


• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.


• Able to work in low bureaucratic/political environment, outside the box thinker, sense of humility, flexible, adaptable to changing conditions, and be an excellent team player.
