About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager for large, multi-billion-dollar enterprise accounts across India. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-impact, consultative sales environment and is passionate about driving digital transformation in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a robust pipeline to drive bookings and revenue growth within PTC’s Enterprise-Direct Accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, value-driven relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, engaging in strategic discussions around digital transformation across engineering, manufacturing, and service functions.
• Collaborate with internal executive leadership to contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.

Preferred Technology Expertise:

• Familiarity with the Digital Thread for Manufacturers, including technologies such as:
  • CAD (Computer-Aided Design)
  • PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
  • SLM (Service Lifecycle Management)
  • ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
  • AR (Augmented Reality)
  • IoT (Internet of Things)

Preferred Domain Experience:

• Automotive

• Aerospace and Defence
• Medical Electronics
