Job Description - Key Account Manager

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their main point of contact.
Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions.
Communication with local vendors, CHA, CFS and Local Transporter
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Develop account growth strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
Prepare and deliver business reviews and reports for clients and senior management.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with key accounts.
Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain long -term partnerships.

Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of experience in KAM position related to Freight Forwarding Industry

- CHA, CFS and Local Transportation coordination
