About the Role:

We are a fast-growing B2B marketing agency looking for an Account Manager to drive client deliveries across digital marketing, content, design and MarTech. The ideal candidate is not only an exceptional project manager but also a people's person who can get things done.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams including SEO, performance marketing, social media, design, content and web development.

• Take complete ownership of project timelines and key deliverables ensuring high-quality output within agreed deadlines.
  
  
• Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on SEO and performance marketing.
  
  
• Analyze campaign performance, identify improvement areas, and implement/suggest strategies to ensure ROI and client satisfaction.
  
  
• Conduct thorough quality checks across all deliverables for accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to guidelines before client submission.
  
  
• Lead internal briefings, regular status meetings, and follow-ups to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  
  
• Anticipate client needs, offer proactive solutions, and consistently look for ways to enhance value delivery.
  
  
• Build and maintain strong, transparent client relationships through clear and timely communication.
  
  
• Identify and drive growth opportunities for clients through strategic recommendations and service expansion.
  
  
  

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in account or project management within a digital marketing agency environment.
  

• Good understanding of SEO and performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance.
  

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
  

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a client-first approach.
  

• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

• Experience working with B2B tech/SaaS clients.
