Key Account Manager -Enterprise Business

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow enterprise customers in a fast -paced, B2B technology -driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with key enterprise customers
  

• Understand customer business needs and align suitable solutions
  

• Identify upselling and cross -selling opportunities
  

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer coordination
  

• Develop and execute strategic account plans
  

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery
  

• Ensure compliance with customer documentation and payment processe
  

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA preferred
  

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management
  

• Experience in Telecom / ISP industry preferred
  

• Strong B2B sales, relationship management & presentation skills
  

• Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis
  

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
