Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and client -focused Recruitment Account Manager to manage key international client accounts, ensure successful hiring delivery, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruitment along with proven experience in client relationship management and stakeholder handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all recruitment -related activities.
  
• Understand client hiring requirements, workforce plans, and business priorities.
  
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely candidate delivery.
  
• Track hiring metrics such as TAT, closures, and client satisfaction.
  
• Conduct regular client review meetings and provide hiring updates.
  
• Ensure fulfillment of open positions within agreed timelines.
  
• Handle client escalations and resolve concerns effectively.
  
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross -selling.
  
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation of client interactions.
