• Optimize processes and track hiring performance
  

Requirements

• Experience in International recruitment
  

• Strong client management and leadership skills
  

• Experience in NON IT domain, healthcare, logistics, or hospitality hiring
  

• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools
