Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM)
Location: Client Site – Ola, Koramangala, Bengaluru
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result -oriented Key Account
Manager (KAM) to manage large -scale recruitment operations at the client site.
The ideal candidate should have experience handling high -volume hiring, strong
stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast -paced
environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end -to -end Pan India hiring operations
with a monthly hiring target of 500–600 candidates.
· Act as the primary point of contact between the
client and recruitment teams.
· Monitor recruitment performance and ensure
timely fulfilment of hiring requirements.
· Manage and analyze large volumes of recruitment
data.
· Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly
hiring reports and dashboards.
· Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
to resolve recruitment challenges.
· Ensure adherence to hiring timelines, quality
standards, and client expectations.
· Drive process improvements and operational
efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Proven experience in managing high -volume
recruitment projects.
· Experience handling Pan India hiring mandates.
· Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data
management.
· Ability to prepare detailed MIS reports and
recruitment analytics.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Smart, professional, and presentable
personality.
· Strong stakeholder and client management
capabilities.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet
aggressive hiring targets.
Work Location: Client Site – Ola, Koramangala, Bengaluru.
Candidate should be flexible to work on all Saturdays.
