Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for direct clients and agencies, building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Drive account management across key clients and agencies while taking ownership of assigned revenue targets.
- Lead client and agency outreach, ensuring consistent, high-quality engagement.
- Evangelize the JHS platform across decision-making hierarchies in client and agency ecosystems.
- Understand client business needs, marketing objectives, and target audience.
- Develop and present customized media solutions, spanning broadcast, digital, and integrated campaigns.
- Partner with internal teams to design and deliver client-centric proposals.
- Consistently meet or exceed event-wise sales targets and KPIs.
- Upsell and cross-sell across multiple platforms (broadcast, digital, branded content, sponsorships).
- Share timely post-campaign evaluations and performance reports to demonstrate ROI and drive client retention.
- Ensure smooth execution and servicing of campaigns to realize booked revenue.
- Manage make-goods for dropped inventory and coordinate with Pricing & Operations for approvals, delivery, and process compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and pricing benchmarks.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Share insights that can help clients maximize impact and improve future planning.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4–5 years of media experience, preferably in a publisher, broadcaster, or sports marketing setup.
- Strong client servicing and consultative selling skills.
- Exposure to branded content, sports sponsorships, or integrated media solutions is a plus.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- High initiative, collaborative mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment.
- Prior experience in Digital Sales will be an added advantage.
