Job Description - Kfz Mechaniker

Perform basic aircraft maintenance under supervision (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid/brake checks, etc.)
Assist senior technicians with diagnostic testing and repair the mechanical and electrical components of the aircraft.
Collaborate with other mechanics and engineers to perform repairs and ensure aircraft are operating smoothly
Maintaining accurate records relating to aircraft, parts, and service history.
Engaging in learning opportunities to update job knowledge and technical skills around aircraft.
Ensuring all critical parts of the aircraft are checked and tested.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.

Completed training and/or vocational school (electrical mechanic, automobile mechanics…)
Prior experience working in as a Mechanic (or similar role) is preferred
Basic knowledge of vehicle system and automotive tools is an advantage
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
Highly self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to take initiative
Willingness to learn and grow into aircraft engineer
Ability to communicate in German and/or English language skills (both verbal and written)
Collaborative mindset and experience working on a team
Willingness to travel to various locations within Austria and other EU countries.
Detail-oriented with a passion for mechanics
Valid category ‘B’ driver’s license with proficiency in driving manual car.
Must have the right to live and work in Austria
