Location: Pune, India

Role Overview

This role is responsible for supporting and enhancing TMICC's global supply chain technology ecosystem. The Kinaxis Planning Manager will manage technical delivery, system operations, integrations, data models, and coordination with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technology delivery and enhancements across global supply chain systems.

• Own BAU technical operations, issue resolution, and system stability.

• Support integrations between ERPs, planning tools, and logistics systems.

• Maintain data models, system configurations, and documentation.

• Collaborate with regional teams, business SMEs, and IT partners.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8-10 years of relevant experience.

• Strong expertise in: Expertise in Kinaxis, tech delivery, integrations, data model, BAU tech operations, demand and supply planning.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment.
