Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Role Summary

The KG Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering holistic child development, and maintaining a nurturing classroom environment. The role involves teaching, monitoring progress, and collaborating with parents and colleagues to ensure a positive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct age -appropriate, interactive classes aligned with the KG curriculum.
Create a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
Use creative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs.
Track and report on children’s progress and developmental milestones.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding achievements and areas of improvement.

ollaborate with colleagues to plan lessons and activities.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and school standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
2–3 years of teaching experience in preschool or kindergarten.
Strong understanding of child development and early learning frameworks.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
