About the Company

Kinsley is a newly established real estate venture, headed by Pranay Goyal and Arif Ansari, with plans to build and expand its presence in the Mumbai real estate market.

Role: Sales Head / AVP / VP – Sales

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented real estate sales professional who can take ownership of the sales function, drive revenue, and contribute to building the sales team and processes for this new venture.

Key Responsibilities

  Take complete ownership of sales strategy and revenue generation.

  Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business and project targets.

  Lead, mentor and manage the sales team.

  Drive lead generation, channel development and conversion.

  Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers and key clients.

  Monitor sales performance, pipeline and conversion ratios.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with the management team on pricing, positioning and go-to-market strategies.

  Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

  Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

  Establish effective sales processes and reporting mechanisms from the ground up.

  Provide regular market and competitor insights to the management.

  
  

Candidate Profile

• 
  

  8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably within the real estate industry.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong experience in residential real estate sales and team handling.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong network among channel partners and real estate brokers.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work in a startup/new-business environment and build processes from scratch.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong commercial and market understanding.

  
  


• 
  

  Should be comfortable taking ownership and working closely with the promoters/management.
