Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff.
  
• Ensure food quality and hygiene standards are maintained.
  
• Monitor food preparation and production schedules.
  
• Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
  
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  
• Train and guide kitchen assistants and helpers.
  
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  

Required Skills

• Kitchen Operations Management – Daily supervision of production.
  
• Food Safety & Hygiene – Maintain cleanliness and compliance.
  
• Team Leadership – Manage and motivate kitchen staff.
  
• Inventory Management – Monitor stock and reduce wastage.
  
• Quality Control – Ensure consistent product quality.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in bakery or sweets production.
  
• Basic knowledge of costing and inventory records.
  
• Problem -solving and multitasking abilities.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen supervision or a similar role. Experience in a bakery, sweets production, or commercial kitchen environment is preferred.

Education

• Minimum: Typical – Higher Secondary/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
  
• Preferred: Diploma in Catering or Hotel Management.
  
• Additional Certifications: Food Safety certification (preferred).
