Kofax: Process Director (PD)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Kofax Process Director Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and supporting Kofax Process Director (PD) solutions integrated with SAP FI/MM and OpenText ECM.

The role focuses on automating invoice capture, approval, and posting processes using Invoices & Collector, PD Accounts Payable (PD AP), PD Shared Services Catalogue (PD SSC), and PD Food & Beverage (PD F&B), ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Invoices & Collector for OCR-based invoice capture from softcopy invoices.


• Configure and support PD Accounts Payable (PD AP) for end-to-end invoice processing, approval, and SAP posting.


• Configure PD SSC and PD F&B workflows aligned with shared services and business requirements.


• Perform company code setup, vendor payment configuration, and document posting rules in Process Director.


• Design and configure custom workflows, approval hierarchies, escalation paths, and email notifications.


• Integrate Process Director with SAP FI/MM for automated posting and OpenText ECM for document storage and archival.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.


• 7+ years of experience in Kofax Process Director implementation and support.


• Strong hands-on experience with PD AP, Invoices & Collector, PD SSC, and PD F&B.


• Proven integration experience with SAP FI/MM and OpenText ECM.


• Solid understanding of Accounts Payable business processes and SAP finance concepts.


• Experience supporting UAT, go-live, and hypercare in large enterprise environments.


• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
