Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical KST Associate to join our team in Mysuru, India. In this role, you will support the implementation and management of our Knowledge, Skills, and Tools (KST) initiatives, helping to enhance organizational learning and efficiency.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge management systems
  • Support the creation and delivery of training programs to improve employee skills
  • Analyze data to identify knowledge gaps and skill development opportunities
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and organize information
  • Implement and manage tools that facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development
  • Contribute to the creation of user guides and documentation for KST processes
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on KST metrics and key performance indicators
  • Support the onboarding process by ensuring new hires have access to necessary knowledge resources
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for KST programs

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in knowledge management, training, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in knowledge management systems and learning management systems
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Understanding of knowledge management principles and best practices
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
