Minimum 1 year of experience in KYC Dispute Management (Mandatory)
Job Role: We are hiring KYC Associates for a leading global BPO company based in Infopark, Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and validating customer KYC documents, handling dispute cases, and ensuring compliance with KYC/AML guidelines for international operations.
Key Responsibilities
Review and verify customer KYC documents
Handle and resolve KYC -related dispute cases
Identify discrepancies in customer records and onboarding data
Maintain accurate case records and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for case resolution
Follow SOPs and compliance guidelines
Escalate complex cases when required
Meet productivity and quality targets
Requirements
Any Graduate
Candidates with 1–3 years of BPO experience can apply
Excellent English communication skills mandatory
Good analytical and problem -solving skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Comfortable working in US shifts
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in KYC, Banking Operations, Financial Services, or BPO will be an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and documentation review skills.
