KYC Operations BA / UAT - C09 - MUMBAI

The KYC Operations BA / UAT is an entry-level position responsible for participating in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the development and management of a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi.

Responsibilities:

1.Performing complete User Acceptance testing (UAT) of onboarding and renewal digital journey (internal and external) of the client portal including integration testing with CKYC system

2. UAT of global enhancements of the client portal  and country specific changes as per the releases

3. Pre- PVT mock -up testing in UAT environment before the PVT release every month

4. PVT testing of releases on production environment on weekends as per the release calendar

5. Co-ordination with other teams on test dataset creation such as creation of test GFCIDs for testing, Manual KYC WI creation, Release checklist, abandon GFCIDs and so-on

6. Prepare Test cases based on Test scenarios by referring the JIRAs, update test results and maintaining proper documentation of testing results with screenshots  

7. Good communication skills to present defects observed in the daily End-user testing (EUT)call

8. BA functions with the digital implementation team

Qualifications:

• Previous relevant experience preferred

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
