Position: Customer Interaction Executive

Job Description: We are looking for motivated Customer Interaction Executives to join our team. This role involves gathering essential data through primary research (over calls) and utilizing keywords efficiently during online research. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in English, good email etiquette, and adaptability to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities:

Conducting primary research and data gathering through calls

Performing internet research with a strong focus on keyword optimization

Maintaining high standards of email communication and etiquette

Requirements:

Typing Speed: Minimum 20 WPM

Skills: Proficiency in computer use, effective internet navigation, and excellent verbal and written communication

Basic Knowledge: Search engine and online research basics
