Job Description - Kyriba Functional Consultant Treasury Systems

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Kyriba Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of the Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS). This role focuses on automating treasury functions such as payments, bank reconciliation, cash forecasting, and FX transactions, ensuring data integrity and centralized visibility across the organization. The consultant will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to drive system configurations, integrations (SWIFT/H2H), user training, testing, enhancements, and support future rollouts.

Must Have Skills (Mandatory)

* 3–4 years of hands-on experience implementing Kyriba TMS modules, especially:

* Payments, Core Banking, Cash Forecasting, Bank Reconciliation, Bank Account Management, Netting, IHB, MT940

* Experience in Kyriba Functional Configuration and Solution Design

* Familiarity with STP, SWIFT, H2H, SFTP, and middleware integrations

* Strong knowledge of FX trades, loan/debt management, and investment issuances

* Daily management of bank statement reporting and reconciliation

* Expertise in managing payment authorization workflows and bank mandates

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Coordination experience across IT, business users, and banking partners

* Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Good-to-have Skills (Optional)

* Experience in dashboards and reporting automation

* Knowledge of fraud prevention setups within TMS

* Familiarity with ERP integration and treasury-accounting alignment

* Exposure to user access controls and security compliance

* Functional knowledge of financial transactions (loans, deposits, FX, payroll, intercompany)

Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

* 5+ years of experience in Treasury/Banking or TMS Consulting

* Minimum 3 years of hands-on Kyriba implementation experience

* Strong understanding of Treasury & Finance processes

* Ability to work independently and lead in-house rollouts/enhancements
