Job Title: L2.5 Support Engineer – IM Platform
Experience: 5+ Years
Job Description:
• Provide L2.5 production support for Investment Management (IM) platforms
• Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution within defined SLAs
• Support integrations with systems like Aladdin, SimCorp, Calypso, FactSet, or similar platforms
• Monitor and maintain system stability, performance, and data flows
• Work with API integrations and data pipelines across systems
• Participate in 24x7 on -call support rotation
Required Skills:
• Strong domain expertise in Investment Management / Capital Markets (mandatory)
• Experience with IM platforms or similar systems (Aladdin experience not mandatory)
• Minimum 2+ years in L2.5 production support
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts and API management
• Exposure to Python or PL/SQL scripting
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
• Understanding of SDLC processes, Git/Bitbucket, and test automation
Soft Skills:
• Strong problem -solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management
