Job Description - L1/L2 Post-Sales Engineer

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic L1/L2 Post-Sales Engineer to join our Sales and Marketing team. This pivotal role bridges the gap between technical implementation and customer success, ensuring seamless deployment and ongoing support for our networking solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in infrastructure refreshes and network troubleshooting to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Execute Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to resolve complex network configuration and connectivity issues.
Provide specialized assistance in firewall management and security protocols to maintain robust network integrity.
Perform detailed troubleshooting on wireless networking environments, including Aruba and Cisco ecosystems.
Support infrastructure refresh initiatives by assessing current setups and implementing modernized network solutions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to articulate technical value propositions and ensure successful post-sales delivery.

Requirements

Requirements:

Possess 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in technical support and network engineering roles.
Demonstrate proficiency in network configuration, wireless networking standards, and infrastructure refresh strategies.
Show proven expertise in Cisco and Aruba networking hardware and software platforms.
