Job Description - L2 Application Support - Python/C#

Looking for L2 Application Support / Production Support professionals.
Strong experience in Python OR C# is mandatory (either one
is acceptable).
Candidates should have hands-on experience in automation/scripting;
this is not a core development role.
Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and production support
experience is required.
Good understanding of application workflows with the ability to
work independently with minimal handholding.
Exposure to monitoring tools such as Grafana, Splunk, etc. is
preferred; candidates should understand how applications integrate with
these tools.
Environment consists primarily of Java-based legacy applications,
so understanding application architecture is important.
Strong communication skills are mandatory.
