Experience: Minimum 7 years in complex enterprise IT infrastructure

Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc in relevant disciplines

Core Qualifications & Certifications

  Network Track: Advanced CCNP / CCIE or equivalent certifications. Deep expertise in complex WAN/LAN architectures, enterprise routing, switching, and security solutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Systems Track: Relevant enterprise server/virtualization certifications with advanced hands-on expertise in complex compute environments.

  
  


• 
  

  Technical Leadership: Proven track record in complex incident resolution, infrastructure planning, andRoot Cause Analysis (RCA).

  
  

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Act as the technical escalation lead during the 16x6 window for high-severity incidents.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive end-to-end troubleshooting, resolution, and comprehensive RCA for critical production outages.

  
  


• 
  

  Plan and oversee complex infrastructure upgrades, maintenance windows, and DR testing/failovers.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure all infrastructure designs and operational practices strictly adhere to Cisco operational and security standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Mentor L2 engineers and improve operational efficiency through knowledge sharing and process optimization.
