Job Title: L3 Lead – Enterprise Infrastructure & Network

Location: Marico Limited

We are looking for an experienced L3 Lead – Enterprise Infrastructure & Network with 8–10 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise infrastructure and network operations across hybrid environments.


• Manage Azure cloud, on-prem infrastructure, and Kubernetes platforms.


• Drive LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and enterprise connectivity initiatives.


• Implement Zero Trust security, Zscaler, firewalls, and secure access frameworks.


• Lead infrastructure modernization, cloud governance, and cost optimization.


• Manage technology vendors and ensure SLA compliance.

Required Skills:

• Microsoft Azure (mandatory)


• Hybrid Infrastructure


• Kubernetes


• Enterprise Networking (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)


• Zero Trust Security, Zscaler, Firewalls

Experience: 8–10 years in Infrastructure, Cloud, and Networking within enterprise environments.
