Job Description - LA - IP Fresher

Hiring Software Professionals for a Reputed/MNC company located at Mohali.

Job Description

ï·Identification of novelty in invention disclosures in various technological domains such as

electronics, communication, software, information technology, semiconductor technology, medical

devices, etc.

ï·Conducting searches on various patent databases and technical analysis of patents/publications

ï·Analyzing patents/patent applications and/or prior technical publications for technical differences

ï·Conducting Invalidation Searches

Requirements

Skill Set Required

ï·Should have done at least 50 Invalidity Searches

ï·Minimum 3 yrs. experience in Patent Searching

ï·Strong analytical skills with basic understanding of diverse technology domains

ï·Excellent written and verbal communication with particular ability in creative and persuasive writing

ï·Excellent comprehension skills and ability to learn quickly

ï·Responsible attitude and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
