What we want you to do:

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records in databases or spreadsheets.

  Enter and update data in systems or reporting software.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and generate reports based on collected data.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data and documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in managing technical inventory and keeping track of supplies.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and data sharing.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform general administrative duties such as filing, organizing, and maintaining documents.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide timely support to management or other departments as needed.

  
  

What we are looking for in you:

• 
  

  DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) or B.Sc. degree in a relevant stream.

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience as a Data Operator in the healthcare/health industry (preferred).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar software.

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience in data entry, record-keeping, or administrative roles (preferred).

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Good communication skills (both verbal and written).

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
